“For me it is all about the visual”.
I work from photographs and but also from life and imagination. I love working with bright vibrant colours and pattern. Children are wonderful to work with so free and spontaneous, and an absolute pleasure to paint.”
“Children are very special and live completely in the moment, through my work I seek to capture their essence, their inner light.”
” My two favourites artists are the old masters Rembrandt and John Singer Sargent for many reasons including their attention to detail, but mainly their technical skill and use of light and shadow.”
“I use the classic techniques of the Old Masters with a contemporary flair.”
Some of her paintings are also available as Fine Art Prints. There is a selection of GAA themed painting, fine Art Prints and Christmas Cards available on the online shop also. Please have a browse through the website. Her work is rich vibrant and filled with light
